Giovanni’s Ristorante invites you to experience Italian cuisine in an atmosphere reminiscent of the old world charm where friends and family gather to enjoy more than just a meal. The homemade pastas, the prime cuts of meat, the fresh fish and farm grown vegetables are carefully prepared to preserve a distinctive flavor of the finest regions.

Specialty wines and spirits complement each course. Guests enjoy tableside conversation with Frances Cannarsa Truant, the “padrona” or perhaps a visit from Chef Randy Truant. The atmosphere is convivial, warm, and aromatic. The staff is seasoned, the service impeccable.

The Godfather Room is the ideal setting for a business meeting.

There is, indeed something to be said for tradition. Tried and true recipes, a staff, that is totally familiar with not only the history of the restaurant, but the philosophy of the restaurant and are fully vested in its success. We had a wonderful time. this was only my second time going and I have already recommended it to a few friends that we go and enjoy a classic Italian dining experience. The staff was instructive, engaging, polite, and genuinely interested in our overall experience as I celebrated my son‘s birthday. Thank you so much Giovanni‘s.

The good was really good. But the service was below poor. Not just for us but also for the tables around us.

Service was impeccable (Katharine); portabella mushroom appetizer was delicious; angel hair pasta & cheesecake desserts were tasty. The chicken piccata was a bit too lemony and artichokes were an add-on but worth it. $5 for an iced tea is a bit pricey. There will definitely be a next time for us!
