   A beautiful evening. Myself and my wife enjoyed a wonderful evening at Glas. We were served by Michael who was as friendly as he was attentive. Recommended a beautiful creamy white wine and helped us with recommendations on the menu. As a vegetarian family we often struggle to find restaurants that provide the quality and ambiance that we were used to when we dined out in London, New York, San Francisco. Well, this is it for Dublin. A great menu, impeccably prepared vegetarian food, with a confidence that is only possible from a great kitchen that prioritizes quality over volume, Each dish looked and tasted wonderful, and the experience was elevated by a relaxed and friendly, but no less elevated atmosphere. Highly recommended for all you veggies out there that still want to enjoy a premium feel to your evening. 5 stars.

   A perfect evening, first time at Glas. The welcome, the service and food were faultless. My mums 86th birthday, really enjoyed the tasty gluten free vegetarian meal. Loved the decor and ambience. Cocktails delicious, mango mule alcohol free very good. Lovely wine list. Friendly happy staff. Highly recommend. They made my mum feel very special with a complimentary prosecco and birthday dessert. Much appreciated.

   Highly recommend Glas for a la carte dining. We went recently for a tasting menu, on the basis that we have been for a la carte numerous times (and we are always really pleased by the food!). The tasting menu had 6 courses, 3 of them very good although seeming to following a similar pattern in terms of texture (soft bite/crunchy element/dollop of sauce). The flavour combination of the three other courses missed the mark and we felt more like testers than guests enjoying a tasting experience, leaving us diners divided on final thoughts.

    This was our third visit to Glas. It has never disappointed. Let me start with something most people don’t consider. Accessibility. My wife uses a wheelchair and I noted this in my booking. When we arrived we were welcomed and taken to our table. The restaurant is fully accessible with a ramp to the lower section and there is an accessible toilet. The waitress had already removed the table chair for my wife (even though we requested it back as my wife prefers a comfy chair) and it was nice to know they had thought about our arrival in advance. As always the food was spectacular. Every dish is special and not something you get anywhere else. Each serving provides a multitude of tastes. The wine (rioja) was delicious as was the espresso martini. We also had a wonderful chat with the staff at the end of our meal and we found their attentiveness during our meal to be spot on. Excellent all round. We make the effort to get to everytime we visit Dublin and are excited already for our next visit.
