   One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had in my life. First, I had a reservation for one - which they gladly accepted when I made it - but they clearly had no idea how to accommodate when I arrived. Hostess who greeted me (confirming my reservation) seemed confused, and asked "there are two of you coming, or....????" And then took about 20 minutes before finally seating me at a table that had been empty the entire time - after seating 3 other parties ahead of me. The spot they seated me was on the patio. Which, to be fair, had been the reservation. But unlike all of the other diners, they did not have heating lamps--which, given it was unseasonably cold was, to put it mildly, uncomfortable. It was a prix fixe meal, which included a "welcome drink." They brought me the welcome drink after I had been seated for about 10 minutes (so, at this point, 25 minutes or so after my reservation) - and then no one ever asked me if I wanted to order anything else. About 45 minutes after my reservation, they finally brought the BREAD course. Literally zero cooking required. By that point I had finished my "welcome drink." The empty glass sat next to me on the table until I left. After 1 hour and 45 minutes (I was timing), they brought the appetizer course. I won't describe the food because it was not good. I'm not sure why a restaurant in Greece that labels itself as Italian attempted French food....but for some reason they did. And they did not execute well. Everything tasted bad. Oh, and was very cold by the time it was served. So after over 2 hours of sitting (with nothing to drink, and only having received appetizer course), I finally gave up and left. Freezing cold because they had never turned on a heating lamp. If I could give zero stars I would. This was an absolutely miserable experience, and they all should feel ashamed.

   Went for new years. Crowded and service was terrible. It was a fixed menu and we were never served dessert. Could not order drinks. Looked around and everyone in restaurant was experiencing the same. Food that was served was cold

   We had a great New years evening here. Staff were friendly and amenable. Manager was very helpful with a query we had and ensured that we were happy. Music later on was great and got the atmosphere going for New Year Eve.

   Never in my dinning experience have I have asked to leave so they could turn the table after spending $240 on 3 meals. This was also happening at all the tables.

   Went for a quick lunch and a Sunday afternoon. Loved the two-piece band. Food and service were great. Really great value for money. Highly recommended.

   Wonderful food, examplery service in a great city. Excellent wine served by a very well experienced sommelier, she was brilliant as was all the staff. In a lovely location next to the theatre and easy to get to. Thoroughly recommend!!

   Beautiful and relaxed dining experience in a place that you can tell that everyone is trying their very best to make you feel valued and ensure that you enjoy your evening. It was our first time there and we wanted to say thank you for making our experience well worth it. Keep up the good work.

   Οι προσδοκίες μας για το φαγητό ήταν μεγάλες αλλά δυστυχώς δεν επιβεβαιώθηκαν,πήραμε δυο πίτσες οι οποίες ήταν πολύ νόστιμες αλλά οι επιλογές στα ζυμαρικά είχαν αρκετές αστοχίες,η καρμπονάρα είχε μια δυσάρεστη γεύση η οποία προέρχονταν μάλλον από το αλλαντικό και τα ραβιολι τυριών που δοκιμάσαμε ήταν αρκετά ander cooked.επισης αρνητική εντύπωση μας έκανε η μη αντικατάσταση της φιάλης του κρασιού αφού είχαμε εντοπίσει φελλό στο κρασί,το οποίο δεν μου έχει ξανά συμβεί πουθενά.Ελπιζω να ήταν μια κακή παρένθεση το χθεσινό και να έχουμε την ευκαιρία να αλλάξουμε γνώμη την επόμενη φορά.

   Great quality of food and overall great price/quality. Horrible CX, they brought us San pellegrino without asking (7€ vs 3€ of the cheapest sparking water they had) what our preference was. When I asked them why, the answer was a simple we run out of the other options. This is not acceptable in a restaurant of this level. Another orrible experience was the continuous updating of the bill, like we were about to escape. This is really not at high bar of a good restaurant. Last but not least, music was extremely loud for being 7:30/8 PM, it was hard to hear anything else.
