GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.
Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm.

Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. All bar reservations will be seated either in Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar or Sky Pool.
Please note that the Kitchen closes at 22:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:30 Friday and Saturday. We currently do not accept OpenTable dining cheques.

    Went for cocktails for my daughter’s 18th birthday as something special. It didn’t disappoint! Yes it’s pricey but from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left everything was just perfect. The service, all staff, the cocktails, the view. Thank you for making the day special! I will be back for sure!

    I have to be honest about this…. It was possibly the most disappointing evening we could have hoped for. The service was average (several smashed glasses at the bar), the food was average and given we paid £250 for the champagne experience there was a lack of food and what came was just not worth it. We had to order more food. The speaker was on the floor by the table and it felt like table we were on was a bar table (it was tiny) that we were on until a table in the restaurant area became available. Overall this was an extremely disappointing visit and we would not recommend this to anyone. Sadly.
