GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.
Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm.

Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. All bar reservations will be seated either in Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar or Sky Pool.
Please note that the Kitchen closes at 22:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:30 Friday and Saturday. We currently do not accept OpenTable dining cheques.

    Feedback on My Experience at Shangri-La Restaurant at The Shard Dear Shangri-La Team, I recently visited your restaurant at The Shard on **Saturday, 10th May 2025**, and wanted to share my experience. Upon arrival, I requested a window seat and was kindly added to a waiting list. I appreciated the system in place, and within an hour, we were called from our table and seated by the window, where we enjoyed the breathtaking views of London. However, shortly after being seated, a member of your team—who I believe was the manager—approached us and informed us that we only had **30 minutes remaining**. This was disappointing, as we had just settled in and had not even received our food. The way this was communicated felt abrupt and somewhat rude, which unfortunately diminished the overall experience. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I believe a more considerate approach to time management for guests enjoying the window seating would greatly enhance the experience. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I would love to return in the future with the assurance of a more seamless and enjoyable visit.

    We had an absolutely amazing time . The staff were fabulous. Expected it to be expensive which it was , overpriced but the experience was worth it.l in our opinion. Would definitely go back if visiting London.

    Really nice bar, great atmosphere, staff were awesome. We started at a table not next to the window (but view was still great) but within half hour they moved us to a window seat. Would definitely go back - drinks were delicious!

    The views are spectacular of course, but our waiter was more concerned about flirting with another table vs. offering us second drinks, etc. Expensive, but love the ambiance. This is the second time I have questioned the service though.
