   This was hands down the worst meal I’ve had in years. Not only was the food overpriced, but it was also horribly cooked. We ordered a filet mignon medium rare, and it came out well done—dry, gray, and completely ruined. To make it even more insulting, it was served sliced, meaning the kitchen knew it was overcooked and still sent it out. We had to send it back because it was inedible. The sides? Absolutely flavorless and completely mismatched with the meal, like they were thrown together with zero thought. As if the terrible food wasn’t bad enough, the dining room felt like a walk-in freezer. We had to keep our winter jackets on the entire time, making the whole experience miserable from start to finish. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

   My girlfriends and I went to Goodall's for an afternoon tea service to celebrate multiple birthdays. Unfortunately, we were completely underwhelmed by the food quality, paired with the price pp at $90 with added service fee. The tea sandwiches had clearly been made hours in advance and were left in a drafty container, as the ends of the bread and chicken salad were dried and curled. Even if they had been fresh, they lacked flavor and none of us could eat it. The cucumber sandwiches were ok, but again, curled and dried bread at the edges. We all agreed that the scones were the best part of the snack tier. These were probably homemade, the desserts were not. I would expect more for the beautiful location and hefty price.

   Food was awesome. Kitchen seemed to have trouble getting it out. Service was harried. They did comp our desserts to make amends. Then the cake was frozen. Heater was in the fritz. That being said I will go back because the food was awesome!

   Great ambience and service. The air handling system was having trouble, so it was cold, but that shouldn’t be a persistent problem.

   Our first visit and had a very nice Valentine’s dinner. Great service, delicious food, excellent wine pairing, and valet parking was cherry on top. Loved the atmosphere, highly recommend for a romantic night out, we’ll be back again for sure!!👍 We really appreciated every effort the staff put in to make our night special.

   We were there to celebrate my Mother’s 92nd birthday (info included on reservation). No acknowledgment of any sort that it was her birthday. Very noisy environment with a wedding shower group, in the same room, who were extremely loud and disrupting. Tea was good and hot. However the food was not great. Very disappointing. Sandwiches were on stale bread. Salmon salad ones cause GI upset for two who ate it. Sweets were not fresh or tasty for the most part. I’ve been to many high teas. This one ranks poorly. A 20% gratuity was automatically added with a space for extra on the final bill. It was not worth the cost. I think they could turn this into something special with a little more work and better food.

    We had a so so experience at this event, our service was good, but the food was okay, there were supposed to be cucumber sandwiches but instead they were subed for chicken salad sandwiches which were super salty. The cheese only ones were salty also. The only ones that were were decent were the salmon ones. The other items were okay, there were variety of macaronos and dessert items. It was also super loud in the restaurant. Also I was not aware of auto gratuity of 20%. I had added a tip already and then realized there was already gratuity added. This place is cute but our visit was a bit off. Not sure we will be back for tea service again.
