   The overall experience was good, and the customer service was excellent. However, given the price, I expected an outstanding food experience, which unfortunately fell short. The mushroom risotto was flavorful, but the scallops weren’t worth it. The portion size for the beef Wellington was perfect for two people, but it didn’t live up to the hype—the meat was slightly under-seasoned, the sauce was too salty, and the mushroom flavor was overpowering. The sticky toffee pudding was enjoyable but nothing special. If you’re willing to spend a premium on decent food, go for it, but you can find tastier meals for far less elsewhere.

   Service was amazing! Would have like a little more time between appetizers and dinner only had a couple minutes and would have liked wellington a little more med rare then rare. Place is beautiful

   trying to book a preferred time and date is indeed a hurdle to jump over. wonder if there are other options to channel through?

   Pretty good, but not the perfection one would expect from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Food was quite delicious and staff were friendly. However it was clear that there is still a lot for this place to overcome before it is worth the price. The amuse bouche was really fascinating and we were curious what it was because it was not explained when it was delivered to our table, we had to overhear what it was from other tables being served. When our food came, 3 different people rearranged the plates on our table several times, eventually putting each person's accompanyments furthest away from them instead of just asking where things should go, or knowing based on who ordered what (after watching the circus, we ended up rearranging everything ourselves anyway) We came to celebrate a birthday and while the front host staff were aware and wished a happy birthday (maybe too many times I would say), it seemed like the information was not relayed back to our server, nor did our server ask if we were celebrating anything. This meant that all the other tables around us celebrating something were getting candles and treats, while our table did not receive the same level of service. The bread and sticky toffee putting were next level though!

   For me the absolute highlight was not only finally completing my craving for Gordon's famous Wellington, but the Mushroom Risotto was to die for. So many flavours in that small appetizer for me was what made everything.

   The service, ambiance, and decor is excellent! Our waiter was friendly, hilarious, and very kind! The food was, unfortunately, subpar; everything was very, very salty. Additionally, our roasted brussel sprouts were mushy rather than crispy (super odd), and the Beef Wellington was probably the worst I've ever had - the taste was off. :/ Given that the menu reflects fine dining pricing, I was definitely very disappointed by the quality of the food and I felt like I overpaid exuberantly. I would not recommend this place and I probably won't ever be returning.

   We came here to celebrate a birthday with a table of 5. After seeing the prices on the menu the night before, we were under the impression we were in for an elevated dining experience, how disappointed we were. One of our party is Celiac, however it wasnt made clear by the menu what items could be made Gluten Free or at the very least "gluten friendly". This drastically reduced their options for the evening, especially when we were told that the Steaks were brushed with Wheat Butter (not even 100% sure what that is), so only the Wagyu would be GF. The common theme across the meal was a severe lack of seasoning, I'm British, so i understand we like bland food, but this would make Gordon cry. Beef Tartare bland, Scallops bland, 2 steaks bland. Is there a salt shaker in the kitchen? If not, i'd be happy to lend ours. When the highlight of the meal is Carrots and Mash Potato (and you're not a 3 year old), theres something wrong. The Beef Wellington was okay, the meat cooked well, but again for the price it really didnt blow me away, i was incredibly disappointed. On top of that, the server would interrupt the table during dining, just talking over conversation without an apology and at one point said "there are too many questions". Sorry? You want us to spend $700+ at your restaurant, i'll ask all the questions i want thank you. Kudos to the desert chef, the Sticky Toffee Pudding was the only redeeming feature of the evening. I can comfortably say we won't be back here again in a hurry, nor will we be recommending it to anyone!
