   The restaurant was very busy when we were there. At any time, it was impossible to get a server’s attention. At one point, I gave up and had to walk to the counter to ask for ketchup. There was a waitress talking animatedly at the next table and I waited and waited but she then just turned her back and walked away. Same thing with trying to dessert menus and the bill…. Food was good although the burger in the kids meal tasted very strongly of barbecue or bacon and he didn’t enjoy it and touch cheese! Prices are high but that’s everywhere at the moment!! At least you get an overpriced can of Coke rather than a 200ml overpriced bottle!

   Not a first time when I booked table in Dunshaughlin restaurant Gourmet Food Parlour, it never dissapoint me . Exceptional food , excellent service , always clean , all staff smiling and very helpful. Inside of restaurant has a beautiful decor, seating area welcoming and very comfortable. That's one of very few restaurants I would recommend to anyone, worth every penny.

   Went for breakfast at GFP with two friends. I had the breakfast burrito which was very tasty and the other two had scrambled egg with avacado. Everything was very fresh and all our plates were left empty. The service was great and there was a very cosy ambience…

   Staff. Food. Ambience all exceptional. Pizza was delicious. The staff were very attentive and friendly as always. Smash Burger looked incredible will have to try next time.

   This is probably my fav GFP...lovely staff, never cold, and not as noisy as some of the other GFPs

   Entire experience was poor. Feel like this place has really gone downhill. Waitress wasn’t well trained. Had to ask for water three times and the starter which turned out to be horrible arrived before our table got water or a drinks menu. The starter was calamari - it seemed frozen not homemade and was really soggy and awful. My husband’s pizza also seemed liked it had been pre made and frozen. One of my kids got the chicken wings and chips and it was literally 4 wings thrown on top of a bowl of frozen chips. I wouldn’t even serve it like that at home. . Not acceptable when you’re paying 130 euro for a family of 4 to eat. Used to be nice here. Real shame

   We are repeat guests. Love the atmosphere, the service is always outstanding. Yesterday was possibly the first time where the meals weren’t as good as expected. But that won’t hold us back from coming back. Thanks for an enjoyable evening!
