   Do not reserve a table at this restaurant. The entire evening was a terrible experience. Our waitress was nowhere to be found the entire night. My table and the three tables surrounding us had to work together to get any level of service from the servers. And when we did find someone to help us they were very quick to tell us it wasn’t their fault without even trying to help us. I’m so sorry I made this reservation.

   Never ever go here. I spent almost 500 bucks and we didn’t get to finish our meal and they “needed” the table. Don’t waist your hard earned dollars for this trashy place. Hell..the Hard Rock Cafe is better, especially for the cost. My name is Dave Nix. I’m not afraid to share the truth. Never again!

   Lovely place, service is friendly and attentive and the food is delicious. Not many places one finds such a variety of tasty and beautifully prepared plates.

   Dine outdoors on the front patio area along Duval Street on Christmas Day evening. Was a very lively scene and enjoyed the people watching opportunities. Nina was a really great server and the support staff was very attentive and helped her with clearing the table and prepping for the next course.....unusual at many places that we have visited in Key West! Food was very good as we sampled calamari, salads and three different mains. Loved the snapper with shrimp sauce and the sampler plate was a hit as well. Obligatory Key Lime pie was excellent!

   A very pretty restaurant which has indoor and outdoor seating on the heart of Duval Street. Our sever was very nice and we weren’t rushed (which is nice these days). Our gin and tonics were heavy on the tonic (if you get my meaning). The bread was cold and frankly was the least satisfying part of the meal. Conch fritters appetizer were great though. The Chef’s specials of seafood pasta and mixed grill were both excellent and cooked exactly to order. They were also very flexible with substitutions which was much appreciated. We were too stuffed to try what looked like some great desserts. Pricing was a bit on the high side for Key West, but all in all a very nice meal in a lovely environment.

    Visited Grand Cafe on Christmas Day for early dinner. They offered a traditional Christmas dinner option as well as their full menu. Food was good however I wouldn’t say exceptional. The service was not good, at all. We were seated inside, we appeared to be the only ones inside, the outdoor seating was full. I do not believe the servers knew we were there, although several walked by. Took quite awhile to be acknowledged and then once we were it took forever to even get our drinks. Eventually things worked themselves out, but the initial experience was not good.
