Terrible experience. Took 2 hours to get food and when it arrived it was not hot. Server was doing as well as he could. It seemed the restaurant over booked and kitchen could not keep up. We were there for 3 hours and had to take dessert to go. It was such a bad experience that we will not return.

Terrible service and the menu was misleading. Our waiter was by far the worst person I have ever dealt with in a restaurant. He not only made us wait for our cheque for over 45 mins, but had the audacity to blatantly lie and put the blame back on us for the delay. We were at the restaurant for over three hours, for what should have taken not more than two hours for steak dinner. Please avoid this place. There are many other fine restaurants around Station Square.

Sadly, we did not have a great experience on Christmas Eve. Our 6pm reservation lasted until 9:27pm. Took 45+ minutes for each course to be brought out and 20+ minutes to receive drinks each time. Food was ok- not worth the $60 a plate and over three hour experience. As the one who reserved this spot five months ago (I’m not from here) for our family who was also visiting from out of town for the football game- I felt bad that I was the one who picked the restaurant and gave my family this experience.

This is the second time coming for dinner this year.. it was over a three hour prix fix meal.. we had to pack our deserts to go home we could sit any longer and wait. The first time we came for regular dinner service it was 2.5 hours. The food and waiter were great but no one want their food timed our one course per hour..

Our waiter was the worse I’ve ever experienced! We always dine there on Christmas Eve, never again.

A tradition for our family over the last several years that we look forward to. Last year and this year the service was near abysmal. Our reservations were for 3:30, I was surprised to see an empty waiting room as opposed to last years almost 30 minutes wait to be seated past our reservation, seemed off to a good start. Seated at 3:26, it was almost 20 minutes before we were even greeted for our drink orders to be taken. It took the kitchen 56 minutes to get us our salads, by this time I had to flag down our waiter to see if we would be getting our salads as it had been 56 minutes. We were sat right by the wait staff cashier stand and kitchen entrance and no mention or check in. It’s incredibly disappointing, this is a treat for our family and for 400.00 we should at-least be checked in with during an outrageous wait. Actually sorry to have gone there for Christmas Eve. We enjoyed our own company as a party of 6, but as this is the 2nd year in a row (we never had this experience before) I would absolutely not recommend, especially for a special occasion such as Christmas Eve. For a fixed menu, this is just absolutely unacceptable. There was a quarter of the people there than last year. (Will be noted dishes were excellent again and delicious as always - the service experience from the backend and how it was handled 2 years in a row - robbery.

We reserved Xmas Eve lunch for today, 12/24. I was totally disappointed we were seated on the area which overlooks the water, last booth facing the kitchen. I guess I should have called to ask where lunch would be served and to ask if a fixed menu would be offered. Because I was taken backen finding out the Christmas pre fixed menu was $59. No where online was this explained. Service was average until we waited for 40 minutes to place a dessert order, another 23 minutes before it was served after having to ask someone to find our waitress.

We came for the Christmas Eve lunch buffet. When we arrived, we were informed that the online offering was actually for 2023 and had not been updated. There was a fixed menu for $59, which included salad/soup, entrees, and dessert choice. The children's menu consisted of hamburger and chicken tenders. She offered a grilled cheese, which they did make. The appetizers were separate. We did order an appetizer, which was never brought to the table. We were actually very full from just the entrees, and we frankly did not even realize the app never came til the entrees came out. So, no big deal. The service was fair. She was very nice but not very prompt, which likely had less to do with her and more to do with just being busy. The venue was absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful view of the river. Overall, our experience was okay. We did enjoy the food, but we came for the buffet option just simply because our son could choose and so we could be quick, etc, seeing it was lunch. It was also $200 for lunch for 2 adults and a child without appetizers.
