It’s a pleasure to share our authentic Mexican cuisine with you. For centuries in Mexico, the kitchen has been the heart of the home. A place where friends and family celebrate cooking with pre-hispanic ingredients and methods passed down through many generations. Each family, depending on their geographic location and historic influence, created their own version of Mexican cuisine. This is why Mexican cuisine has been recognized internationally as part of the “Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity” by the United Nations Organization for Education, Science, and Culture (UNESCO). A heritage of which we all can be proud! True to our heritage, cooking fresh from scratch is a must. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, we prepare your entire meal to order. A freshness you will be able to taste!

    Arlenis, our server, was pleasant and attentive without hovering. The food was delicious, as always and extremely generous portions. My favorite is their salsa...not too hot, not too spicy, but" just right"! Already looking forward to our next visit!

    We celebrated my daughter's friend birthday and we immensely enjoyed the excellent food that was served and ambience at this restaurant. Our server was friendly and attentive and prompt with serving our meals. To top it all, the serving staff greeted the celebrant with a nicely rendered birthday song and served a celebratory birthday dessert with sparklers. A truly memorable experience with my college daughter and her friends. Definitely will return again at this amazing restaurant.

    Food is consistent and always great ! Caesar is a wonder waiter , always friendly and on top of his service. All your staff at your Carrollwood restaurant are amazing

    My wife and I want to like this place. The food, overall is pretty good. Not the best, but pretty good, with decent quality. The service, however has not been good. We've been here maybe a half dozen times or so, and the first experience was fantastic. So much so that we thought we'd found our new place to go for Mexican. Unfortunately, each trip back has resulted in a worse service experience. It's not that the servers are unpleasant, they are very nice. But the pace of service is slow, with a lackadaisical attitude towards guests. Drinks sit empty for long stretches. Check backs for things we might need at the table might not come until we're nearly done eating. We ask for things that take 10 minutes or more to get, like a clean knife, or napkins, or a refill...this is all while the restaurant only has maybe four or five tables occupied and two servers working. We keep giving this place chance after chance, hoping we'll get that first experience again. We'll be back again, and see how it goes, but for us, Grand Hacienda is running out of chances to earn our business.

    Our service wasn’t the best, our drinks were extremely weak (and I’m not a drinker), mischarges on the bill when it came. Most likely won’t return
