   Very slow service. Not enough staff. To be fair they had a huge private party going on at the same time we were there.

   The service was outstanding! We went there to celebrate a birthday. The food and service were over the top. They pay attention to detail! Give it a try if you are looking for something new.

   They were severely understaffed. But the staff was also poorly trained. Someone would walk by and pick up only 1 plate while leaving remaining dirty appetizer dishes for over 1/2 hour. One drink took 25 minutes, then 10 minutes later another server brought a duplicate of the same drink. After informing her that we already received it, she still charged us for the duplicate drink that she knew she carried away from our table. Getting that 2nd phantom drink removed from the bill took another 20 minutes. Very slow and unprofessional.

   I was taking my friends to this restaurant. I'm a huge Tommy Bahamas fan. I was very underwhelmed with my experience at this location. They were shortstaffed. They had had a convention at the resort my friend ordered a jack Daniels and Coke and they were out of jail of it, she then ordered something else and they were out of that too. Her husband ordered a Modelo beer and they were out of that too. it was so embarrassing and took 45 minutes for them to get a drink. The food was fine, but the seafood dish, my friend ordered that touted, scallops and crab, etc., etc. had one scallop and very little anything else and it was like an appetizer size for a lot of money overall, it was very disappointing. Our server was fine but overworked so scarce

   I made reservations for outside and when got there all they had was a table in the sun. we said we would wait for a table which turned out to be 45 minutes.

   Nice indoor/outdoor seating with guitar player. Arrived early and although seating available they would not seat until reservation time. Bar was backed up and had to wait 10 mins for drinks. Our waiter was great at keeping us informed and very polite and happy. Food was average and my pasta with scallops lukewarm. Lemon Meringue tart was tasty.
