   We love the Grappa... been going to it pre and post the fire. We are in Park City same week every year, and make sure to get reservations in months in advance..

   Wonderful dinner and experience. Park City has a lot of restaurants, but this one is special. The ambience, food, and drink were all outstanding. Our server, Leslie, was excellent — very personal while professional and prompt. Highly recommend.

   I never bother to give negative reviews but I always to try give a positive shout out when I have a great experience, Since this was my birthday dinner I think I will respond. As always we try to be considerate and arrive on time. We were forced to wait 30 minutes while standing in a cold and crowded doorway. Party after party came in after us and they were seated immediately. There was another party of 2 that was continually passed over as well. Apparently parties of 2 are worked in at the restaurants convenience. There were 3 hostesses on duty and we were given no explanation and not offered so much as a drink of water. It was 45 minutes before I was able to order a drink and at this point was told the Osso Bucco I was looking forward to was sold out. We were told during the evening that the Owner now has 6 restaurants and rarely is involved with day to day operations. It shows.

   The reservation we made was for 2 but my friend had a flight delayed and she joined 35 mins later. We were given 90 mins for the whole experience. Because my friend was delayed, i was reminded 3 times that we need to leave the table in 90 mins even though I said we will leave on time. I ordered the food for 2 so she could eat right after she arrives. We left the table 2 mins before the deadline. It was handled very unkindly by the manager. They were trying to pick up the food before we even finished. I won’t be back again and I will inform all of my friends who visit Park City regularly. Hospitality lost its meaning that night for me.

   Absolutely loved it! We had the brussels which were amazing, insalata mista was great, and we all had a different entree and loved all our selections! Duck risotto and eggplant parm were 10/10. Pistachio crostata was really good for dessert. Our waiter was great. Loved the cozy atmosphere as well!
