   GH was having an off night. Service was nonexistent. It’s not normally like this. We had a server right at the beginning and then disappeared. We could’ve walked out of the restaurant and not have paid our bill because no one was checking on us. Of course, we flagged someone down to close out our tab. I hope that this was just an off night since I normally recommend GH for happy hour!

   Great service at the bar! Went for brunch and the Brisket hash was yummy! Clean restrooms, open area for dining and nicely decorated. Great place to eat and work since there are outlets all over the place.

   Food and drinks were amazing! The decor was lovely and the vibe was fun! Ken was our server and he was great, but the woman who took over for him while he went on break was not friendly, which was why I only left three stars for service. Additionally, two people in my party had to cancel due to illness. I tried to make a change to the reservation online, but wasn’t able to do so through the OpenTable app. I called the restaurant and kept getting a busy signal, so I was never able to alert the restaurant to the change in number of guests. When I explained that to the hostess upon arriving at the restaurant she seemed irritated at the change and told us we had to wait while she changed the table setting. The food was delicious and I loved the atmosphere, so I will definitely return, and hope of having friendlier staff and improvements in using the OpenTable app

   We are at Gravity Heights Mission Valley for Brunch today. This was our first time as we're in town from Texas. We had a wonderful Server, Lynn, who provided great customer service and gave us helpful recommendations on the menu. We really enjoyed our food, atmosphere, and dining experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming! I had the delicious Brisket Hash and hubby had the Chiquilles. We tried the Pumpkin Latte Donut Holes (very sweet) and the Sweet Thai Chili Wings! Hubby also loved his cocktail, "Kiwi Be Friends"! I would definitely recommend and hope that we can go back again before we head back to Texas!

   Great vibe and good service. We had an issue where we found plastic wrap IN a pizza we ordered. Luckily the staff profusely apologized, comped the pizza, and remade it. So at least they worked hard to make it right, which I appreciated.

   Excellent environment, service, food and drinks. Happy hour deals were great. Highly recommend the tuna tostada appetizer and the cast iron cookie dessert. Family friendly. The servers were awesome - so kind and attentive. Multiple servers checked in on us throughout the dinner and chatted us up. Will be back again soon!

   It was great first time there. Only thing is had to track our waiter to get coffee after getting our food. The place is very nice though

    The food was not good. We ordered the pretzels (best item we had), dirty fries, cranberry apple salad, Caesar salad, & wings. Not worth the money. The ambience is nice & decor is trendy. I wouldn’t recommend or return here.
