   Food was good. Service was slow, like it was last time as well. Had to flag her down to get her attention. Overall, a four. Also was very loud so could not hear my friend.

   The service is very poor, management is unprofessional, and food is mediocre at best. We made a reservation and upon arrival were taken by a hostess to an indoors table where a server somewhat rudely announced to us (not hostess) that this table is taken. Half of the indoor area was empty, but hostess declared that they are waiting for a party, thus they cannot give us one of the vacant tables I pointed to. Granted, the table I pointed to was somewhat away from the group of tables where they put chairs upside down probably indicating that those tables are reserved. Nevertheless, we were brought outside where another hostess said that unfortunately they cannot accommodate us regardless of our reservation. She didn’t even offer to wait for another table until I asked. After confirming that a wait would be about 15-20 min yet another hostess arrived within 1-2 min and immediately took us inside and seated us at one of the tables that the other hostess said was reserved. She brought out plates that were dripping water and provided no placemats. In about 10-15 min of servers ignoring us, a nice lady approached us serving water, but since they seated us directly under air conditioner we told her that most likely we will leave since my elderly mother is sensitive to the cold air, which was blowing directly onto us. That lady immediately offered to move us to the table that I was initially asking the hostess to seat us at. All of a sudden that table became available. So, all those maneuvers that those hostesses did at the beginning left a very unpleasant aftertaste. Overall the service was unpleasant, place was gross, and we do not recommend it to anyone. - The plates they serve food in and glasses they serve wine in are splotchy, soaking wet & dripping water - a lady was sweeping floor while people were dining, unceremoniously pushing her broom under the occupied tables & chairs - overall we waited for 45 min for our order to be taken - couches are ragged, dated and gross

   I've come to this restaurant many times with my family for brunch, lunch, and dinner. This time, we visited for dinner and were shocked by the decline in food quality. The steak was extremely small and overcooked. Additionally, my wife was the only one who ordered a salad, and her food was the last to arrive. I also ordered a cocktail, but the waiter forgot about it, even though other tables that arrived after us received their drinks. When I brought this to his attention, he quickly brought me the drink and said it was free of charge. However, the drink was mostly ice with very little actual cocktail. Overall, we feel that the quality at this restaurant has significantly declined.
