Brand new waitress and she did a fantastic job! I ordered Pastor fajitas and the waiter that delivered the order forgot the lime salsa that went with it. But he quickly went and got it for me.

Gringos is a great place to go for an energetic group. The restaurant is very lively and does have a long wait time (around 2 hours) is the only negative comment. The creamsicle margarita was exactly how you pictured it to taste. The enchiladas with the poblano cream sauce is a perfect match with the charro beans. We wished we had room for desert but the portions are huge and very filling. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive even with a busy night!
