This was our second year attending the St. Patrick’s Day event. Last year was awesome! I purchased tickets about 1 month ago for our group of 4. We attended the same time slot we did last year. Much less organized this year. We were there early and didn’t expect to be seated at our table reservation early- however; we didn’t expect to be seated 20 minutes late. We were able to order 1 round of drinks and appetizers before we were told it was last call. We paid $30 a person to have this reservation. Our server was so kind and apologetic. We witnessed him being scolded by the bartender to stop taking drink orders. Professionalism at its finest. It was super unfortunate & not worth the money. We didn’t get to fully enjoy our time & the experience. The “free giveaway” was a nice touch when we arrived. I don’t think we will be returning next year. What a terrible way to “clear out” the building to make room for the afternoon/ next tier of reservations. If that was the case, don’t sell tickets for 1pm! Of note, I am fully aware we had a 1.5 hour reservation which was already cut shorter than the earlier ones because of running into the afternoon tier. So before management notes that in a response here- I am aware. Overall, we are disappointed customers.

Atmosphere was great! Food was good - had a guaranteed 2 hour table service today @ 1pm that we paid $180 for and we were sat at 1:20pm and told at 2:20pm that the bar was closed to reset for the next set of guests. Super disappointed and complete lack of customer service. Do not recommend. The waiter was even disappointed in the managements Level of service.

Service was mediocre and the chick had no flavor but the atmosphere and ambience was amazing. Excellent beers as well. Just come here to drink, the kitchen needs a bit of work.

Booked the St. Patrick’s Day Prix Fixe Menu on a Saturday at 1 pm through Open Table. Was told that they didn’t serve that menu until 3 pm. Open Table should remove that option. The waiter was incredibly apologetic and comped our first round of drinks for the inconvenience.

We had a delicious meal and great service. Only disappointed they don’t have spirits so beer only options. Location is great, building is lovely and was pleased to see they had a shop and coffee bar. I’ll be back!

We stopped in before a 6:30 Blackhawks game for a pint and a happy hour appetizer. Guinness was poured to perfection and the brown bread was delicious! Great place if you want great beers and American-ish food with a few Irish staples to choose from on the menu.
