    We had 8 guests and 4 people ordered the unagi rice. One unagi rice never came up even well after the other 7 guests had finished all their meals. It had been over 45 mins. since they served us the first meal. The waiter never told us anything. Despite our repeated chaser, we were not told about the reason. Our guest was very angry and could not accept the service of the restaurant. We have to exercise second thought of coming back to this restaurant.

    We had our first Omakase dinner here and we are honestly so happy we chose Hachioji. Everything: the ambience, the food, the service was exceptional. Definitely coming back soon.

    Went for the set menu with my family. Kids had a kids bento which was nice. Set menu is a little special but the bentos are reasonable for the area. Service was lovely.

    The chef recommended sushi and sashimi platter were good and fresh, only the size are a bit smaller than usual. Other dishes were quite nice!

    The food was good. The serving size very small. If you order the nigiri be prepared .. it’s tiny. Only 3 fancy sushi rolls to choose from. Also giving away a free oyster with a 5 star review seems like the rating is unnaturally biased. Would I recommend? No

    My new favourite restaurant for a special occasion. Sushi is amazing, feels like you’ve been transported somewhere else for a couple of hours.
