   We had a beautiful birthday celebration. The food was delicious - none of our party of 5 were disappointed. The service was great - just the right amount of attention. We would definitely go back.

   Looking for somewhere to dine near my hotel in Hobart I had passed this restaurant and liked what I saw. Booked a table in the bar/bistro area. Cant fault the decor, the service and the food. In fact I’ve booked to go back again tonight.

   Great venue for dinner. Lovely food and a wide range of wines. Service was warm and friendle. Couldn't fault our time there and we will definitely return

   it was described as European food and I thought it was a mixture of Italian in French. The quality of food was excellent. I would highly recommend this bistro. The crème brûlée was superb and I have had many of these. The quail and sauce was very high- quality . We all enjoyed our meals thoroughly. There were four of us and we had three courses each. The service was very good. I particularly enjoyed French wine, but there was also Tasmanian to choose from. The server/waitress was skilled and attentive. The ambience and table setting was very pleasing.

   This is suppose to be based on European Bistro share plates. The portions of sides were small and not adequate to share. For $390 we had 4 mains (not the expensive ones on the menu) , 4 sides(smaller servings than those on the table next to us), a bottle of wine and water. To be honest it was underwhelming for the price even though the food was tasty. We have had better experiences and value elsewhere this week in Hobart. The staff were warm and friendly. Final note I hate looking at a wall, it’s a pity the tables were not positioned to allow all guests a view.

    We had a very nice evening in this new restaurant. We were impressed with the dishes we chose. The staff was very attentive. The restaurant is in a lovely location in Battery Point. We highly recommend it.
