Pretty restaurant. Turkish coffee was WEAK. Dont tell me it’s Turkish coffee. It is NOT. Not in color, taste or depth. Just because it’s served in Turkish copper serving dish doesn’t make it Turkish coffee. Chicken kabob presented at the table with skewer which is then dramatically taken of is just silly. Take the chicken off the skewers in the kitchen. I don’t need the unnecessary presentation. Furthermore the chicken was flavorless and rubbery. The dips were good as well as the bread. Star of the show was mushroom hummus. It was very good. But not worth returning for. Service was ok but our waitperson acted as if he was moving heaven and earth when I asked for something. Borderline rude and pompous but I ignored him and eventually he calmed the hell down with the tude. I will never go back. Ever.

We reserved a table for five, but it appeared only to accommodate four. Additionally, there were many empty tables available then. This small table was inconvenient for us as we had five meals and bottled water to manage. However, the service was excellent, and the meal was amazing. We had a good time there.

Love Hamsa middle eastern cuisine! The small plates make tasting several of the creative food combinations most enjoyable. The sourdough bread with tahini butter and exceptional jam is a tasty starter. We followed that with the outstanding and tender octupus , the cauliflower and eggplant dish. Can’t wait for return visit.
