Hand Cut Chophouse is changing the way people eat burgers, steaks and all cuts of meat one meal at a time. We dedicate that every piece of meat we serve has respect for the animal and the land the animal has been raised on. Not a fan of meat? Do not worry...we have plenty of vegetarian dishes available, including many delicious salads. The dining experience at Hand Cut is also dedicated to an elevated level of service and quality. We are a chophouse with fine cut steaks, pork chops, other quality meats, and steak house sides. Honestly have never had a bad experience with this restaurant. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the food is always top notch. A great place for date night and young couples who want to have a fun and energetic experience.

I shuld have read the menue more thorough as Hand cut Chophouse is a winfderful burger theme and not a stealk themed rrestaurant . The srives was very good and our waitress was exceptional. overall we hend a wonderful time.

Two orders were not cooked properly. Tiny burgers and huge buns. Low value. Great ambience. Lots of big parties.

We are from out of town and we wanted a good vibe with great food and got both! Amazing decor and atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back and let others know how much we enjoyed ourselves.

I heard a lot of great reviews so we decided we would give it a chance. We ordered a salad to split a steak to split and three sides. The steak was the strip steak, which was nothing but fat so for both of us to eat off of the $60 steak was a little bit ridiculous. The sides were decent. For the name the cut of steak that we got I feel like it was unacceptable. I didn’t want to ruin the evening. We were out for my birthday and I didn’t want to complain but the more that I think about it I am frustrated that I didn’t say something to be able to turn around experience for me right then and there.

My husband received the wrong burger which also wasn’t cooked to his specification. I ordered the truffle burger medium rare and got it served medium. It took a long time to get our drinks as well. Overall the food was ok at best and the atmosphere and vibe has changed since we had been there a few years ago. The addition of the televisions cheapens the atmosphere and doesn’t project the feeling of an upscale burger place. It’s a shame, I really liked it previously and thought it would make for a cute date night but I guess things change.
