   When I made the reservation, they asked if it was a special occasion, and it was, which was my birthday. Nothing was ever mentioned about that. We ended up setting at the bar because the table by the window was not ready which was fine cause we were early… I feel like the food was overpriced for what we got. My husband got the fish and chips and there was only two pieces of fish. He was still hungry. He ended up eating half of my burger. The bartender was a little slow, taking our food order

   Hanger One Bistro was great with my wife having a delicious Hanger One steak. Entree and myself having stuffed cabbage. We also had the crème brûlée and cappuccino. Everything was excellent and service was superb!

   We had our New Year’s Eve dinner here. It was our first time and we LOVED it. Food was amazing and the service was exceptional. We will definitely return. Would give it 6 stars if I could… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !

   We enjoyed a lovely New Year's Eve dinner overlooking the lighted runways of our little airport (we're locals who dine fairly often at Hangar One). The menu had been expanded since our last visit, to our delight as our only complaint previously had been that it was a bit limited, though choices were adequate. We love the Brussels sprout salad and as usual we chose to split that as it's more than plenty to share (a meal in itself for one person). We selected entrees of salmon and the pork chop and both found the meals creative, attractively plated, perfectly prepared and just plain delicious! Service is always professional, attentive and unobtrusive, and Liam was spot on! We look forward to returning soon to try some of the other new offerings on the menu.

   Scallops were delicious. Crème brûlée was fantastic. Loved watching the planes land . One drawback is tables are really close to each other. Server never brought us salt and pepper and never offered dessert. Felt rushed even though we had 1 1/2 hour reservation.

   Party of 3 took the only reservation (5:15p). It was an absolute wonderful experience! The food was top notch! The service was in the top majority of any restaurant in St Augustine! We will definitely be going back!!

   New Years Eve dinner and the service was excellent. Window table made for very nice ambiance and our drinks were perfect. The Kielbasa appetizer was outstanding. We had mixed reviews on the food as the grouper was overcooked, tough and wasn't fresh. Beef wellington and fish and chips were very good so no complaints there. This was our second visit to the bistro and we would certainly entertain returning.

    So glad we discovered this somewhat hidden gem! Owners are amazing people, food is great and in generous portions. We will definitely be back when in town!
