   I have been to Hanks twice and while the food was excellent both times the service wasn’t. During my most recent visit with a girlfriend I experienced a drastic decrease in service than when I visited with my husband which was disappointing. We were not given any explanation of the menu, recommendations, asked about allergies even though it was noted on the reservation, and had to ask to place our entree order. The vibes were off - oof.

   We enjoyed our experience for our anniversary. crab soup is wonderful and full of crab chunks. The oysters Rockefeller were just ok not great. We had the gem salad which was delicious. The ceviche was kinda bland. We will go back but I prefer sitting in the bar lounge area instead and happy hour has great prices and menu. The dining area is much louder than the lounge.

   Hanks was amazing and Kyle was awesome. We had the pork chop, scallops, and fried chicken. Every dish was seasoned well and we left feeling very satisfied

   Fabulous date night location. Great food and ambiance. The she crab soup was stellar, as was the scallop crudo and the grouper.

   Had dinner at restaurant for anniversary. Service was great. Started with Crab cakes, delicious! Salmon was excellent! However, disappointed they changed vegetable for that dish from asparagus to broccolini. Waitress was very accommodating & made sure I got asparagus. My husband had the seafood platter. Seasoned well. Would have preferred 2 pieces of fish & less fries. Overall food was great. We will be back!

   The food was delicious. We had the crab cakes, oyster casino, hanks broiled seafood and the seafood a la Wanda. My only complaint, the crab cakes needed to be thicker, they were very thin. Also, I felt like the portion size for the seafood a la Wanda was small for the price but overall, a good experience.

   Awesome birthday dinner for my son. Every meal we ordered was delicious! Our favorites were the Seafood Da'Wondo and the fried seafood platter (which was huge, and I would recommend splitting). We also got the seafood tower and the ceviche for appetizers, they were a huge hit! Nice ambiance and service. Can't wait to go back! Definitely would recommend this awesome restaurant!

   The whole experience was outstanding. Kyle was our server and he was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. Katie, the manager, made a point to stop by our table and chat for a few minutes. The food was just amazing. The crab cakes were the best I've ever had. The rare seared tuna absolutely blew me away, and the pork chop did the same for my husband. Highly reccomend!

   From appetizers to dessert, this was a wonderful experience. Our server, Eric, took very good care of us. The only thing I would complain about is the value of Hank’s Fried Seafood Platter….one piece of red snapper, five shrimp, a ton of fries to fill the plate, Cole slaw, two hush puppies and one slice of fried green tomato for $58 was a bit pricy as I am sure the food cost was no where near the menu price….definitely a nice profit center!

    My friends and I had a great experience at Hanks tonight! The are crabcakes are to die for and the sides are large enough to share amongst people which made it a great meal overall for the table!
