   Customer service was very very poor! Arrived there for my reservation, where I was then taken to my seat. No waitress came to see what I need for atleast 30- 40mins then the food took another 20mins to come.

   Tried celebrating my mom's 60th birthday 🎂 and the waitress service was awful. Kept telling us she is busy. Ugh.

   Aruni (I hope I got her name right) was really great! I appreciated her manners, courtesy, friendliness and concern with us. She always checked in and asked if we were alright. Hope to get her next time! The music was awesome! I love how it was a mix of 90s and 2000s music which you don’t get anywhere else at all. That DJ needs to be kept there! The food and the serving amount was great, definitely worth the price! Definitely will become a regular at Hardrock and recommend to others!

   Took about 1 hour to get drinks after arriving. The food took equally as long and arrived cold and overcooked. The person who served the food literally just dropped it on the table and left without placing any condiments. Thereafter, I couldn't find anyone to get additional drinks or even voice my concerns over the food. By far, it was my worst experience at Hard Rock, and it wasn't even that busy compared to other times I was there.

    I enjoy my braking the New Year 2024 at your establishment. The service was excellent. The food was good the pepper shrimp a little too hot but tasty. The waiter and waitress were all courteous and timely. I would recommend Hard Rock in Guyana. The live band and DJ made it lively.
