That's the very bad experience on 2019, The drink is bad, especially the mojito... The food portion is huge, but the quality of food is definitely decreased. The service is getting worse too,

The service was okay but it was a little bit slow. The food and drinks arrived promptly but the quality of the food was poor such as the chicken bites were inedible and the mac and cheese was not good quality. The noise level was a little loud in the restaurant and the prices were very expensive considering the quality of the food. I have been to other Hard Rock Cafe’s and really enjoyed my time there but this was the poorest experience I have had. I would not consider visiting Hard Rock Cafe Hong Kong again.

Certainly not the best Hard Rock Cafe. Food bland, service was ok but staff were not on the same level as other Hard Rock Cafes. Lacked any atmosphere. The Rock shop wasn’t too bad but expensive in comparison to other Hard Rock Cafes. Would I go back there again, No

We had a cracking night in there,food pretty good and had a decent band on from Indonesia just enjoyed the night 👍
