You can book one of two great spaces in our cafe, or buy out the entire space. Depending on the layout and services you choose, our cafe has room to accommodate 70-455 guests. I've visited this particular hard rock cafe more than once, unfortunately my latest visit was a slight disappointment. Firstly we were sat on a high table next to the bar on the ground floor which meant that we had a constant stream of people walking past us to get to the upstairs dining area (I also dislike dining on bar stools). The service also seemed far more rushed than usual, we were in and out in less than 40minutes.

Excellent experience at Hard Rock in Lisbon- food, service, staff were all great, made all the more special by our waiter getting the whole place to sing happy birthday to my husband. The staff were also very knowledgeable about the items in there and the history of HRC. The staff in the shop were also extremely helpful. A wonderful experience all round.

We made a last minute decision to visit the Hard Rock Cafe in Lisbon and booked a table online an hour before arriving which was a good call as they were turning away people that just called in speculatively. We were a mother and daughter booking so only a small group looking for a meal at the end of a day sightseeing. The food was good but the service was a bit hit and miss. As we were shown to our table the host asked if we had visited any other Hard Rock Cafes to which we said, “London” and he replied “Oh the better ones.” Our server then arrived at the table with the smallest piece of paper imaginable covered in writing to take our order (as he said he had left his notepad at home) and then refused to serve my 18 year old daughter a Long Island Iced Tea as he decided it contained too much alcohol for her! We were both gobsmacked. We had to chase up drinks - apparently there were no glasses behind the bar but we saw numerous orders go out while we were waiting. Not sure we’d go back but it’s made us laugh thinking back to the experience. Certainly better than the one in Palma!
