Welcome to Newcastle, where the old (castle) meets the new! Hard Rock Cafe is coming at you live from Newcastle, with a new layout paying tribute to the past by keeping in line with the former grandeur and arches. Phase one of our grand design includes a cafe with room for 170 of your closest friends, with 60 of those lucky pals getting to sit on a raised mezzanine floor overlooking the river. We’ve also included 16 external seats to enjoy Hard Rock in the sun. Our Cafe brings a touch of history and class to any meal. Featuring classic American fare with that signature Hard Rock twist, Hard Rock Cafe Newcastle delivers satisfaction in every bite.     I would of gave the hard rock cafe a 5star rating but the only disappointing thing was the table we were give im 18stone weight lifter and me and my partner were put on the smallest 2 setter table in the full restaurant were you could just about fit your plate on we has no room at all which was very disappointing considering it was valentines day and we were looking all around us and there were couples who had just went out for a drink without food yet they had a table for 4 people just to put there 2 drinks on which I thought was totally wring and it actually spoilt are experience the staff couldn't even get all are food on the table the lady who served us was lovely and very helpful and apologised that she couldn't get all are food on the table but still didn't try and rectify the situation by moving us to another table when there were actually alot of spare tables available which they could of moved us to yes your staff apologised for use being unable to move and not get all are food on the table but sadly did nothing to rectify the situation which I thought was very sad.

    Was an amazing place to eat at staff were lovely and attended to us pretty quickly. Food was also amazing had the bbq pulled pork sandwich which tasted astonishing, Would definitely recommend to eat here.

    This is the second time we've had the Bottomless Brunch here, you can't fault it for food quality or the amount of drinks you can have. Staff are always great as well. Will be back!
