   I think the restaurant seemed to be understaffed last night. While our waiter was attentive, it seemed to take a long time to get our orders.

   Overall we had a great dinner experience with a good server. We really enjoyed most of the food we ordered. The mussels and goat cheese appetizers were very delicious. The swordfish fish and chips entree was loved by everyone at the table. Others at the table ordered the duck leg and Wagyu linguine and the short rib pot pie and they really enjoyed their entrees. The only dish that was less that expected was the wagyu flat iron steak as the teriyaki sauce was too salty and the portion size in comparison to the other dishes was too small for the price point. Overall we did enjoy our dinner experience and would dine here again.

   We were thrilled with our experience!!! Delicious food, (Brisket Pot Pie and Bison Burger were faves) great service and perfect ambiance!!! Our needs were met through the vegetarians and meat eaters in our group. We were very happy with our Hardware experience!! (And house salad for the table is a must)!!!

   Our server was wonderful and the food was delicious! We felt very taken care of from the moment we walked in. The food came out fast and everything was so good. Everyone works so hard there to make your experience great. Hardware is our favorite restaurant and a place we always recommend. Thank you to the wonderful staff for all they do to make it a place we love to come to!

   Ordered the goat cheese appetizer – the bread was burnt – very burnt. Took away from the flavor asked for some additional bread. It was just a little burnt! Service was acceptable.

   We really enjoyed our dinner at Hardware. They have managed to be both creative and comforting in their repurposing of materials to create a warm atmosphere. We enjoyed poutine, shrimp Caesar salad, which was enough for two, Linguini Ragu, and Chicken Roulade. All were delicious. They had a good selection of cocktails, which were pricey, but well made. We look forward to coming back and having more of their locally sourced food to try!

   The food was excellent. The drinks were wonderful and the weight staff was superior. My only complaint was being outside. It went from too hot to a little cold, but it’s outside, so I don’t know that you can do much about that.

   First time visiting. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. The octopus was amazing. It's probably one of the best old fashioned I've ever had.

    Our recent experience was so positive that we planned to go back again soon. Unfortunately, this experience was not as good. Although we made reservations, we were seated in the enclosed outdoor space which was cold, drafty, and lacked the ambience that the main restaurant does. Although our server was very friendly, the service overall lacked the same level of attention than our previous experience did. We found that some of the entrées were extremely salty, which was disappointing. We will not be planning a trip back very soon.
