    Really quiet, only see another table of 4 where it is usually so busy. Service was awful, just found out the pub changed ownership and you can definitely tell. Dont think we will be returning

    We are regular to eat here and never have a bad meal. The place was busy and staff were working hard and apologetic for any wait we had but this wasn’t an issue. The week night meal deal of 2 courses is great value. We will of course be back.

    Absolutely fantastic food I had today. I had the trio meat Sunday lunch, everything was cooked to perfection and served in a good time. Would 100% recommend to people who want a good Sunday roast! My partner had the hunters chicken and she loved it.

    We went with our grandson his partner and our daughter. The food was delicious as usual and the service was excellent. We like The Hare & Hound and quite often pop in at lunchtime in the week.
