Yet another crown jewel for the family, Harlan’s is a bar and restaurant sitting pretty on the 19th floor of The One tower along Nathan Road in Tsim Sha Tsui. Food delicious not much choices once you don’t order the set menu very expensive for the a la carte. Spacious place has a beautiful view of victory harbour
