   A great experience for New Year’s Eve, great vibe, food and in particular great staff and service! We sat in the bar area and the ambience was great, plus there are still proper tables and booths in bar area - not just stools. I would highly recommend Hawksmoor Dublin!

   In general, everything was good. We were a little bit disappointed about the amount of lemon in everything. The garlic mushrooms for example, which I had dreamed off after last time, were soooo full if lemon, I was quite sad afterwards… But I am sure we will come back again.

   Delicious! Good value and really tasty, the service could have been better in the restaurant, we had to prompt a few times for more wine and a forgotten side. The also got the medium and medium rare dishes mixed up so we swapped when already half eaten and realised. But overall delicious and would recommend. The bar staff were brilliant

   We were really looking forward to spending our wedding anniversary dinner here as the menu looked amazing. We were seated in what felt like the lobby area, which was disappointing as it lacked ambience, whilst the main dining area seemed far more lively. Our starters were lovely, so no complaints, but the mains were so so disappointing! We ordered the chateaubriand which we were so looking forward to, we ordered it cooked medium. The meat came out and was completely raw in the middle and well done towards the ends. The sides were tasteless and nothing was included with the steak, which cost €100 on its own. I don’t like giving negative reviews as I never want to contribute to negative business for a restaurant, especially in the current climate. However, given the current cost of living, it’s a lot of money to part with for what we got and I’m sad to say that I won’t be back, really disappointing.

   Went for the 3 course express lunch menu for New Year’s Eve - food was excellent, good value and service was really good. Cocktails were small and expensive

   Disappointed by our steak. The temperature was very cool and not hot as you would expect. Like it had been sitting for awhile before been served. Chips were the same. Desert was nice. Good service. Restaurant was busy.

   Absolutely loved our experience at Hawksmoor this Christmas. We met some friends for a catch up before going to the theatre. The service was great and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Food was insanely good, however, sides are a bit overpriced. Nicest sticky toffee dessert in the city! Looking forward to coming back again soon

   The starters were delicious, we got the the scallops and beef and bacon pot. Kids got the mac and cheese which was really tasty. Ordered the chateau briande for main. Came out lukewarm , sent it back to be reheated and it came back absolutely poisoned in salt. We couldn’t finish it! Everything else also went cold in the mean time. This was €100 steak. Katalin was very helpful and took the steak off the bill. In fairness she was very apologetic. Very disappointed with our experience. For what they charge and supposedly experts in steak, this was a major let down. Hard to justify going back.
