   Excellent service overall, advising on dishes, ensuring we had plenty of water, checking on our needs, atmosphere and ambiance fabulous, all friendly and helpful staff, food outstanding, will definitely be back again.

   Lovely food but I have to say the service was exceptional and not to mention the drinks were fabulous! Couple of issues but our waiter went above and beyond! Such fantastic service! Really enjoyed us and will definitely be back!

   At £170 for 2 with only a main course each & 2 small glasses of wine & 2 ciders I think it’s too expensive ( especially with a 12% tip). More vegetables would have made it more appealing. I’ll probably look for a restaurant with better value or something more extraordinary next time.

   Staff were so rude constantly staring whilst I ate whilst speaking to her colleague, felt so uncomfortable this would be a fantastic experience if the quality of staff matched there food and to top it off they charged us 30£ service on top of 160 for a bib eye n fillet and the fillet was so dry, rib eye was very tasty!

   Food was fantastic, lovely ambience and the service was amazing! (13 year old said it was the best service we have ever had). Great place to celebrate my steak-loving son’s 16th birthday! (Personalised dessert gave that special touch too!). Highlight recommend - a steak lovers paradise! My husband used to work in this building when it was a bank - so tastefully converted and restored with some of the history retained; wonderful!

   This was a fabulous pre theatre visit to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We loved the whole experience from a very warm welcome to when we left. The food was great with the starters and desserts being the absolute stars. 10/10 from us.

    Really fabulous meal. Service was excellent right from the reception on arrival up to settling the bill at the end. My wife and I both had fillet steaks , cooked differently and both to perfection. Sides and sauces were perfect. Apple pie and custard for dessert was exceptional. Can definitely recommend for a special meal.
