For party sizes of 1-6 you can walk in and dine with us at your leisure -- no reservation is required.

Hazy is a locally owned and operated restaurant that was created for families and large groups to casually gather over great food and drinks. While we are a fast casual (order at the counter) restaurant, we offer an elevated experience with 36 taps, a full bar, top of the line stemware and frozen beer glasses.

Upon arrival, please see a manager who will seat you. You can then return to the counter to order for your group either individually or family style!

2022 & 2023 Best Barbecue in the East Bay by Diablo Magazine. Our barbecue technique parallels Texas style; smoked meats with signature dry rubs over oak wood fires. We also offer a variety of delicious salads, fresh vegetable sides and many unique options for all ages, diets and lifestyles. We offer catering services throughout the entire Bay Area.

Hazy Barbecue hosted San Ramon School of Rock in their parking lot. We ate on their patio while watching our granddaughter perform. The servers were super friendly and handled our party of 15 so nicely. The food is delicious!

We love the hazy folks! Celebrated a bday and had about 12 people including adults and all ages of kids. Easy to eat, move around and people watch!!

The restaurant was not aware of my Open Table reservation and had no host to check me in or seat me. In fact, there is no table service. Otherwise the experience was great and I would go back.

So went to this location twice in 3 days, Saturday night very busy post 6pm, had a wonderful group of friends sitting inside. Unfortunately the type of chairs and concrete floor along with a table next to us with screaming kids made for the visit a lot harder to hear and relax. At some point they finally allowed their kids to go outside w their parent. The food was awesome. Tasty, fast turnaround, good price: I had the pull pork nachos. The only complaint and a major one wa the 2nd night that I went back to order off their happy hour/Monday night special; they forgot to include / my fault for not checking but I specifically asked for all the bbq sauces to go and none went inside the bag w our meal. We had to use sauces we had at home. Called manager and she did credit back $25 in gift card which was appreciated.

My second time there, this time with family for Father's Day. The food was very good, lots of selections and service was quick. Nice to have a good BBQ place around, especially with reasonable prices

I’ve been here before and it has always been great but this time they had run out of ribs and I ordered the nachos with shredded chicken. The chicken was so chunky. I tried one piece which was too chewy, and I could not eat any of it. It was so terrible. The only thing I guess is that I had some points to redeem so I didn’t pay for the nachos per se. I also told the manager when I was on my way out and she was very kind about apologizing. Otherwise, they had great drinks in the atmosphere was great. I had gone here to watch the game.

It’s a cafeteria. You order bus your own tables get your drinks napkins cutlery you have to keep going back. When you order there is a screen prompting a tip. Here’s the tip. Get a waiter or waitress. Food was not good bbq. Others than that it was ok. I’d never go back
