As a former freelance journalist, Brittany spent her 20s frequenting coffee shops and neighborhood cafes, where her presence was so regular that one spot even joked about holding her mail. These cafés were more than just workspaces; they became the backdrop for her best ideas and friendships. In 2009, Brittany started a business with the goal of someday opening a café that would support creatives with great coffee and a vibrant atmosphere.

In 2019, Brittany’s dream came true with the opening of Heirloom Haul. Designed to be a welcoming space, Heirloom Haul offers irresistible décor, delicious scratch-made lattes, and a menu featuring favorites like chicken salad. Went with my lady friends to celebrate our usual Christmas lunch. All of our meals were fantastic! Chicken salad , cobb salad and grilled ham and cheese sandwich! Small seating area but quiet and pleasant. Our young gal server needs more training tho as she could not remember who ordered what. She was a little slow on secondary condiment requests. Overall a very pleasant experience!

I was looking forward to my time at HH. The servers were very kind but were not well versed with the menu of quick with service. We went the day after Thanksgiving and they were out of 2% milk for my guests’ lattes and deviled eggs, poor planning on management side. We were looking forward to high tea services but it’s not truly high tea, just tea. The sandwiched that came with our service were old as the bread was extremely hard. Was so sad the service was not what I expected.

Frisco location is better. Was a little disappointed in the prosper location. Very limited seating and menu

We are so happy Heirloom Haul is finally open!!! The food and service were amazing and we are so happy to have a cute little ladies lunch spot!
