This was our first time at Hairloom. The place is very nicely decorated as well as comfortable sitting. Valet parking was helpful. Food was very good, although I wish the portions would match the pricing. the cheese board was a bit too pricey. Ambience was great the level of noice was not disturbing at all. Service could have been a bit better. Overall we had a great time and would recommend to visit.

Loved the ambience of this restaurant. Had the Octopus starter and the Lamb pasta, both very good. My son loved his Mocktails. Our server Isael was very helpful and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back for that Fudge Cake!

Menu items sounded promising but overall flavor was “meh.” Prosciutto on the prosciutto and burrata appetizer was some of the thickest sliced prosciutto I’ve ever seen. Expected some kick with the harissa salmon, but it just wasn’t there. The salmon was cooked to perfection however. Wait staff did not bring a cocktail menu or inquire about drinks within reasonable time after being seated. Brought out large dinner plates before appetizers were even reasonably consumed (had them maybe 10 minutes?). I wouldn’t go back except for maybe a drink at the hotel bar.

The food was excellent however the servers were lackluster. Our server never introduced himself and was inattentive. Our first drink took a very long time in a not so busy restaurant and the server never came back to see if we wanted another the entire dinner…. I probably wouldn’t consider this restaurant for another night out, plenty of places have great food AND service.

We shared an entree, a salad and a dessert. The wait staff had the kitchen split the food on separate plates! Very thoughtful! The salmon, beet salad and chocolate pot were delicious!

Not enough servers. I had to ask for one. Then I got caffeinated coffee even though I had requested decaffeinated. My heart was having palpitations after drinking it.
