   Victor the manager was absolutely horrible rude and walked away when I was telling him about the glasses being dirty and ants on the wall. After seeing that I decided to download the life kitchen and saw that they are a grade C. The floors were dirty, restaurant was in a whole very disappointing. Save yourself the headache and go to bosphorous where the food is always exceptional. I can’t say enough things about Victor. Who made him a manager??? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Again please save yourself the trip and never go here.

   The best thing about it Sunday brunch at Helena's was the DJ and his music. Everything else was nothing to write home about. Our visit started off with a very rude hostess who really didn't seem like she wanted to be there. After we were seated it took a while for our server to greet us. After we place our order our glasses were brought to us for the mimosa.bar. Both glasses were filthy. One had pieces of food in it. Everything went down hill from there. The food was cold. The waffles were hard as rocks. It was truly was a shame as the restaurant looks very nice.

   It was ok. Food was a little pricey for portion sizes and the menu was fairly basic. Social media makes this place look a lot more Christmas than it actually is. The ski chalet feel doesn’t really exist past the entrance.

   Easy skip, food was terrible and overpriced especially if you’re accustomed to higher caliber restaurants. Apps were decent (homemade hummus & beef empanadas), lamb chops were over cooked/dry (ordered them to be done medium), the steak (also ordered medium) was dry as well, & the chicken was rubbery. Mashed potatoes were comparable to ready made packets you can find on a Walmart shelf. Truffle fries were decent. Broccolini was not consistent texture wise. Venue itself was nice other than a FILTHY restroom including human waste in the men’s urinal that stayed there the duration of a 2 hour dinner. On the other hand, coffee was good as well as the cocktails. In conclusion, for a bill that was $300+, Helena should not even be in a dinner discussion. Do better. Tourist trap, AVA is by FAR a better dinner option.

   Prompt seating after checking in with the host. Reservation recommended. Great ambiance, lively music, friendly staff and beautiful food presentation.

   Music too loud. Could not have a conversation and could not hear waiter. A bit overpriced as well. Brisket very dry, omelette was overcooked. Probably won’t return for brunch.

   We came to Helena for my Husband’s birthday brunch ! It was amazing from the time of getting seated til we left . We have our great server named Camila !! She was the best !
