Not great quality of food especially for the price. The picture of the steak sandwich showed cuts of meat and were served steak em meat. Tots were overcooked and burger was dry. Drinks and service was good.

The waiters were exceptional. They even took photos for us and fixed it when the wrong food came.

Hell’s Kitchen was a great experience for me and my girlfriend. The server was amazing she was very attentive and even asked if we had any questions as well as offered recommendations. Food was amazing honestly we were both going to come for just burgers but ended up getting the bison birria tacos and the steak. Drinks were good. Ambiance was great with the outlook of everything. Music wasn’t our choice of music but nonetheless was a great experience all around.

My girlfriend and I are big fans of Hells Kitchen, and we were very excited all week for the Valentine’s Day special dinner they had planned. We expected it to be busy and had no issues being patient, as it was absolutely beautiful in the restaurant. However, after we placed our dinner and drinks order, we didn’t see our server again for another 30 minutes. We just figured it was busy in the kitchen so the appetizers were taking a little bit longer than expected, but come to find out our appetizers order was never placed and instead we just immediately got our main course. Pretty upset with the service, at this point we were offered to place the appetizers order then but we had our dinners in front of us and it didnt seem worth it to get the appetizers now. Left a bad taste in our mouth, and instead of getting the tiramisu we looked forward to for dessert we decided to just get out of there as soon as we could and find another spot for dessert. Overall, the dinner was delicious and the room was beautiful, but the service left a ton to be desired.

The Valentine’s Day extra menu dinner options included New York strip and that’s it. It wasn’t great for the price. Server was brand new which is odd for the section right in front of the stage. This was our third Hell’s Kitchen Valentine’s Day but probably the last. If you had a salmon or second option to pick from and have butter with your potatoes it would have been an extra star.

I was dining alone tonight. The decor was so cute. The server was super nice. He was very helpful while picking out desserts to go. Everything I ordered was so yummy! And the Lucifer’s lemonade was so good! Would recommend the quesabirria tacos!! I loved them so much! It was a great solo experience but would come back with friends as well as the atmosphere is wonderful here!
