   Went to celebrate my birthday and Hen Quarter didn’t disappoint.. Everything was Amazing! Our waitress Jasmine was Awesome!! She took care of us to the fullest! The food was great! The ambience was great! Very Nice!!!

   This was my first experience with Hen Quarter Prime and it was horrible! My waiter was very unfriendly when I kindly told him that we did not like our drink. They did not have items on their menu. They brought food to us that was different from what we ordered AND cold. My pasta had under cooked lobster and was missing the jumbo shrimp. Our waiter brought a drink to us and used his bare hands to twist an orange peel and put in the drink. The manager stated they were understaffed and apologized but did not offer to comp us for the food we kept. It was overall a terrible experience and I would not recommend to dine here.

   Everything was outstanding. The food, the ambiance and the service was impeccable and the drink menu is an added bonus. Hen Quarter Prime is definitely a must go and I will be back.

   Very nice venue! Parking isnt good but they had valet. Food was good! Service was great! Lala was amazing! Front desk staff was above and beyond! Not sure her name but short hair cut with twist on top! Black young lady! Band was nice overall great time glad I came out!

   The entertainment (soft jazz) was great! I wish there were more food choices and more free flowing oysters on the buffet. The location was serene. Beautifully decorated restaurant with nice views.

   A mess from beginning to end despite the manager Bobby’s efforts to reset the evening for us. It started with us witnessing 2 women getting high outside the restaurant when we were walking in. We later discovered that they were part of the live R&B band that was performing for the evening. They sounded like drunken Karaoke most of the time . We had a 9:30 reservation and waited 40 mins. After being told we were next and then witnessing at least 2 other couples ( same size party) with later reservations be seated before us, I complained . The host responded “ yeah that probably happened… but you’ll be seated soon though and then just a blank stare. Then I requested the Mgr. Initally the Mgr. Bobby apologized about the delay ( which is understandable) but when I questioned why were people with later reservations and same party size sat first, he quickly tried to remedy the problem. We were sat in the private dining room and compensated with drinks. Then the waiter, Cordell appeared to forget about us. After taking our order he was pretty non existent. 3 hours for 3 courses. Bobby compensated us without a complaint from us with appetizers. When our salad arrived We waited 26 mins for salad dressing, which I obtained by approaching the kitchen area . We awaited over 45 mins for drinks. At midnight we had no drinks or champagne for New years toast . Exhausted and thirsty we left without our 4th course . Bobby tried to reset and address the issues but his staff just wasn’t working with him. Sitting in the private dining room, which is near the entrance to the kitchen we were also privy to all the explicit language of the staff about the patrons and management. Just lovely . SMH. I will say the food I consumed was decent and the peach lemon drop martini was great .

   It was NYE, so they were busy. However, everyone was patience and honestly did a great job. Loved the food and service and plan to come back.

    Just not worth the cost. Prime rib was dry and oysters were not fresh.
