   Have been here many times. Always amazing! Thi restaurant never disappoints. Super creative and great food and also green. What else can anyone ask from a restaurant.

   Heritage in Long Beach is such a gem. The restaurant is set in a charming old home, which gives it a quaint and cozy atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome. The service was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the meal. Every bite of food was thoughtfully prepared—beautifully fresh, flavorful, and unique. I really appreciated the focus on seasonality and organic ingredients; you can truly taste the care and quality in each dish. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

   Excellent service. Excellent first courses and main courses with wine pairing. Though dessert was enjoyable, it was the weakest link.

   I was referred by a friend who thought highly of this place. A Michelin Starred restaurant. We were really looking forward to the evening. Well, it had a few great dishes and a few one that wasn’t noteworthy at all. Nonetheless, the presentation was meticulously prepared. Temperature wise was great on the trout (best dish) but my steak was cold and hard crusted, beyond aging crusted, hard to cut into. The noise level is unbearable. The tables were very close together and there is no acoustics absorbing any sounds. People just talked over people. My head was pounding after two hours. Our server was wonderful, he was attentive and prompt. However, the general staffs seems to need some more training. As soon as we sat down, the lady pushed and commanded that dinner would start within 5 mins. The tone was more like a principal tell students that I was about to take a test. I had to tell her that we would like a little time to order and enjoy our drink, perhaps in 10 mins then she can start bringing in the food. There are 3 different people brought out food for us. Each of them would explain the dish like they were having hot potato in their hands, rarely pause and just simply ramble. All I heard was… blah blah and blah then loud and clear Enjoy. lol The restaurant is a small cottage house in an Off-location within the Long Beach area. Charming place but location isn’t very desirable. There was valet parking for $25.

   It was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed each dish, all so unique with exquisite flavors and textures. The staff was fenomenal. Would love to try their next seasonal menu!
