   I think they changed some things - the rice cake with tuna is much larger than it was and was a challenge to eat without it falling apart. In general I think the sushi rolls could be cut in smaller portions - easier to pick up and eat.

   Hidden fish was an amazing experience especially for the first time being there the service the food everything was amazing I definitely recommend it to everyone to try

   Great vibe! The service was lacking from our waiter, which stunk some since it is meant to be a nicer sushi place. Surprisingly my favorite sashimi is typically toro/tuna and the tuna here was just “okay” however the rest of our items and drinks were delicious. Hamachi, tataki , nigiri, wagyu and everything else was yummy and well made.

   Nice restaurant but food is average for the price. $20 for 2 tiny oysters was ridiculous. Seems as though you are way overpaying to dine at the trendy restaurant. We will search for an alternative sushi experience.

   Restaurant was comfortable. Nice decor. Waiter (Pat) was amazing. He helped us interpret the menu. A bit confusing. Appetizers were very good. The rest of the dinner was just ok. Short wine list. Request HF beef that up. Overall, very expensive for the food served.

   Dining at Hidden Fish was a wonderful experience all around! To start with the Fish Cocktail Horoscope set the tone for an authentic Asian meal!

   Service&food delivery was slow though the restaurant wasn’t half full. Had been excited to try again since we had a great meal in June. Menu has changed and will not be rushing to go back.

    This is the only good sushi I have had in upstate. I will happily drive from Syracuse to skeanatoles to get sushi at hidden fish.
