   We did not have food but dry roasted peanuts were offered and accepted, the drinks were exceptional and cocktails were of the highest order, French 75 made with champagne and Sydney apple conjured even though it was not on the list - a top venue

   Good wines but too extensive. Unfair ! Good duck. Nice view even it's not an amazing one.

   Dear Julien Thank you for your visit and your opinion, especially about the duck. Our prices are in line with the prices of similar 5 star hotel bars. The view is the No 1 reason why our guests visit our bar. 'Amazing' is an adjective that means different things to different people, but we respect everyone's opinion.    Probably much nicer in the summer but during winter months no real view, at least not from where we sat. Nice drinks but fairly pricey

   As a frequent traveler, I found this place a disappointment in terms of experience and service. We made reservations 3 months in advance, looking for a place to celebrate our anniversary while we were in Hungary. We arrived and were greeted by a hostess downstairs. We were led to an elevator to the seventh floor, where a second hostess "greeted" us - it is in parentheses because she looked primarily annoyed and treated us like we were bothering her flirting with a waiter. She took us to our seats, where she asked us if we wanted something to drink. We asked for waters and let her know we'd then order from their menu. She just disappeared after that, and we never got our waters. Our waitress came by a few minutes later, and was fairly polite while taking our orders. She also took our drink menus though and, and never offered the food menu. We were perplexed, especially since we had come for dinner. She also disappeared after this. The busboy was the only one that actually was helpful and provided service. He took our empty glasses, offered to bring another beverage, and served us later. We never were allowed to order food, and our waitress never came back to our table. Really, just an absolute disappointment. The ambience and view are nice enough, but for the price, you can find dozens of other locations nearby with much better service.

   Dear Elizabeth Thank you for visiting us as well as leaving a review, even though it was not everlasting. A comment like yours makes an internal investigation mandatory, and I have talked to my colleagues and overviewed the camera footage. As per what I saw and what my colleagues told me, let me share my results. Upon arrival upstairs, my hostess colleague and the actual Manager of the evening knew about your arrival, greeted you, and, waited for you with a menu in hand, escorted you to your table. After a little while your waitress took your order from the menu, which included the dishes as well, but as per her, there was no intention from your side for dinner.    High note sky bar let 2 a little illuminated guests wearing bsthrobes sit at the bar for cca 20 minutes, served them their drinks. It was disappointing for a Saturday night out at such a prestigious place. 1 meter from our table. Also their beef tatare tasted weird.

   Dear András Thank you for your visit at High Note Sky Bar, and I apologize for the behavior of the other 2 guests, who indeed were two ( lightly illuminated) guests of the Hotel, unfortunately, they took advantage of this, and entered the Bar in bathrobes, and had some drinks at the Bar. During their stay, we had several problems with them, just like on the mentioned evening when they ignored the High Note Sky Bar dress code. We are sorry for any possible inconvenience again!     Lovely atmosphere with beautiful views. Gorgeous food and cocktails. Only complaint would be the constant in and out of the doors and people not closing the doors made the inside very cold! It is expensive but it is a beautiful place to have a drink.

    Dear Heather Thank you very much for your visit and kind words. We are in the fortunate position that we can use the High Note Sky Bar almost at full capacity even in winter. However, we know that there are more and less popular tables, depending on the demand. We also want to please our guests who, despite the inclement weather, want to go out to the terrace for a nice picture, which has 1 option on both sides... behind the last table! Indeed who sit there may feel uncomfortable, however, if one of our guests indicates this to us and we have the free capacity, we will fulfill the transfer request as soon as possible.
