   The food is good , we have gone there several times to the buffet but they do have to change the menu its always the same, the sauces they cook the food in for e.g. the mussels are cooked in a horrible sauce along with other foods but the main thing is to change the menu either seasonally or monthly.

   It was a great experience with a great selection of food and drinks, clean and good service. Definitely we will dine again at Highlands and will recommend it to everyone without any hesitation.

   Great selection of food and so delicious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The only negative is the time limit of 2 hours. Sometimes, it is nice to sit and talk to family and friends while enjoying the food and drink. It almost felt like you're rushed in eating quickly before your session ends rather than enjoy and savour the meal, the drinks and quality time with friends and family.

   Would like to recognize the absolute best manager LING always polite on arrival every time me and friends visit makes process smooth staff very friendly when they come around checking tables. Always recommend this place to family . Only thing need more seafood like oysters and deserts more varieties Will be back soon

   I took my mum out for Sunday lunch, and we really enjoyed the food and service. I booked our table online, which was very convenient. However, the experience was slightly overshadowed by where we were seated. Two tables away from us, in the same reserved area, there were two women, one of whom talked extremely loudly and non-stop throughout the meal. While we understand it’s a restaurant and expect some noise, this lack of table etiquette made it hard to fully enjoy our lunch.

   Food was nice. Unfortunately we had problems with the play area in which there were older kids blocking the entry and exit doors to play area in which my grandsons weren't able to play at first.

   The food staff were amazing and the lady serving the pork was an absolute star would want to see her in any restaurant. The bar staff were awful and rude it was 5.29 and I asked if the bar was open yet and the lady said no are you not able to read we don't open till 5.30. We loved the food and because of one experience we will not be returning, but don't want to put people off cos the food was 5 * just the service wasn't

   The food was plentiful, well cooked and diverse. The people were polite and respectful. The staff were quick to clean the tables. We had a great lunch, thank you!
