   Had a reservation for 515 for 3 people here show at jeybkeybank. Took 10 minutes for server to come get drink order, another 10 minutes to get drinks and then NEVER GOT MY FOOD!!! Waited 90 minutes for our food order, numerous people that came in after us got their food! We had to leave without eating to make it to show on time! Horrible service, Dis not offer any compensation! Will never recommend or go back!

   One star is too high of a rating. Went with a party of 12 and got seated without enough seats for everyone. Took forever for waitress to bring additional chairs and take our drink order. Finally, put food order in after arriving 10 minutes early for our reservation. One hour and forty minutes later we had still not received our food. The waitress kept saying they had 100 tickets in and the kitchen was swamped yet when we arrived there were very few tables seated and people coming in after us had received their food already. Three times servers kept trying to bring us food that wasn’t ours and they kept insisting it was. Finally we found a manager and told the to forget about the food. We cashed out our drink tab and left. Two other tables near us had also been waiting as long and got up and left as well. We were really excited to try the restaurant however the service was horrible and clearly they overbooked the restaurant or were too understaffed to handle a full restaurant.

   My husband & I & 6 of our friends decided to try this restaurant for the first time. We were all really excited as we were looking forward to a nice dinner out before seeing Sebastian Maniscalco at the Keybank Center at 7 pm. Our reservations were for 5 pm & we all arrived on time. We were served our drinks right away but then the disaster started. Our waitress kept reassuring us that our food was coming yet every around us was getting served and even those that came in after us. One of my friends at our table asked the waitress if anything could be done to compensate for messing up our evening and she said no. Long story short our food finally arrived at 6:50 pm, almost 2 hours from when we arrived. We had to gulp down our food and couldn’t enjoy it at all. Also, I ordered the Wurstplate and it was the worst!!! There were supposed to be 2 sausages and a frankfurter well I got 2 hotdogs and 1 sausage. The food was just ok & the service was terrible!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone going out before an event!

   We enjoyed a family dinner for 10 people with good food and drink. The dining hall is very spacious with plenty of room for people to sit or stand and walk around. The food was delicious, especially the large hot pretzel and the sauerbraten. Service be the wait staff was attentive, pleasant. and efficient.

   I love this place.Having been in Germany with the US Army I really miss the atmosphere.The food is great, never had a bad experience

   Great entertaining evening with the German American Musicians. Pork shank was tender and delicious, would definitely recommend. Of course the beer was great as always.
