   We had the all you can eat menu and nothing disappointed it was all cooked to perfection, so easy to order your food and drinks from a tablet on your table, both were served quickly. Service was impeccable, staff helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere. We will 100% be returning in the near future

   Fantastic meal at Hoi Choi. Our first time and definitely won't be our last. Ordering is easy on a tablet which goes straight to the kitchen. Plenty of choice and everything we had was delicious. Highly recommended

   We arrived for our table booked at 8pm 5 minutes early we where seated and ordered drinks given an iPad and told how the all you can eat buffet works so we ordered the starters and sat there for 1 hour with nothing no explanation apart from we are busy! This is understandable however when other tables that arrived after us where already eating we where not happy, we got up to leave and told the staff we where happy to pay for our drinks and the response was no wait I’ll find out where your food is and he disappeared so we left!

   The food was exceptional but there was a very long delay on it arriving at our table along with the drinks the drinks took 35 minutes and the food was near on 50 mins before we received our first order We will definitely return to Hoo Choi to give it another try as the reason for the delay was possibly that it was so busy

   Was a lot of wait time due to being busy for Valentine’s Day. Been on a normal day many times and the service was very good. Highly recommend. Good was unreal

   Absolutely shocking! Booked a table for Valentine’s Day! Got there and it took 15 minutes for them to work out if there even was a table for us! Finally got sat down! Ordered drinks took 20 minutes for them to come! Then didn’t even have food in the end due to other people’s food taking over an hour to come each time! I wouldn’t even give it 1 star but there wasn’t an option for 0! Would never go back nor recommend this place to anyone

   Waited over an hour still didn’t get any food. They had booked way too many customers. Had to wait at bar for our table, so crowded people stood around. Got sat after 15/20 mins. Then got iPad to order food was meant to be 25 mins. Over an hour later still no food. Was 8:30 by this point, would only probably be able to have 1 round of food as it shuts at 10. Ended up leaving. Very poorly organised.

   Although the food when arrived was great, the wait times for the food were atrocious. Nearly 1 hours wait from ordering. Many in the restaurant were complaining of the same issue. The poor floor staff were inundated with unhappy diners. My wife found a hair in one of the dishes and duly told a staff member. We got a quick sorry about that and that was it… the restaurant was totally over run and way too busy. Many diners arrived and had to go to the bar area, which then in turn delayed drinks orders to tables. Expected better from here with the owner owning many more successful restaurants in the area.

    service was ok nothing got done when got served raw chicken other than offered to replace with an “overcooked”peice of chicken also got raw lamb chops
