We had a great experience at Steak Night at San Lorenzo. The music and ambiance made us feel like we were on an island in the Caribbean. The cost was $75 for a 3 course meal which included red or white wine. I had the wedge salad for appetizer and Ribeye steak and wedge Potatoes. I added crabmeat with Bernaise sauce to my ribeye. Everything was flavorful. Dessert was good too. Service was great and music set the tone. We went on the last night for steak night but I hope they bring it back soon.

We went early for Mother’s Day to beat the crowd. The place is absolutely gorgeous. I had stayed there before renovations and couldn’t believe how beautiful they made the place. I ordered the eggs Florentine but they were out of crabmeat and couldn’t make it, so I ordered the avocado croissant instead. It was tasty but nothing spectacular. I also ordered one of the fresh squeezed juices and never received it. Besides those two hiccups, everything else was great. Service is impeccable. We never had an empty plate on our table for more than 30 seconds. The Bloody Mary was delicious. The biscuits were hot, fresh, and flaky. The bacon was nice and crispy. The menu is small so options are limited but we had no issues with the food that was served. I’ll definitely be back for dinner.

Extremely, uncomfortably loud. Had to ask 3 times to have overhead fan turned down or off. Appetizer (Burrata) mediocre, expensive cocktails, two of four entrees were good, two were subpar. Bill came with estimated tip amounts based on total bill (that’s TAX INCLUDED!). Should be based on subtotal. I didn’t appreciate that devious, insulting tactic.

Always a lovely time! We’re local. Have a favourite table. Food good. Service excellent. Only downside is wine is pricy.

My brunch at San Lorenzo in New Orleans was a delight, elevated by the vibrant atmosphere and a celebrity sighting—Harry Connick Jr. was enjoying brunch nearby! The Bluefin Tuna Crudo stole the show: silky, fresh tuna paired with crispy sushi rice and a spicy ponzu vinaigrette that balanced heat and tang perfectly. The Hotel Breakfast was a comforting classic, featuring fluffy scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, and golden potatoes, all executed with finesse. The Seasonal Fruit & Berries plate was a refreshing finish, bursting with ripe, juicy berries and tropical notes that screamed summer. Service was attentive, and the elegant yet relaxed vibe made it a memorable meal. Highly recommend!

The pomodoro pasta is consistently a standout. The salmon special was excellent. They were out of burrata and a few different scotches, but that was the only negative for the evening.
