   I rated my overall experience 3 mainly due to the following: I had a lunch reservation, we arrived right at seating time, and probably half of the restaurant was open. The outside temperature was 18 degrees F. The host seated us right by the front door. It was super cold. The food was excellent, our server Amelia was very attentive and great, and had we not been seated at the coldest table in the restaurant, I would have given a 5 star rating.

   Had a great experience. Restaurant was busy but server was attentive. Got so much food. We took half of it home.

   My family and friends took me there to celebrate my 50th birthday. I really enjoyed the food and the service was amazing! The waitress even cut the birthday cake!

   I went as a party of 4 during Restaurant Week. I had made a reservation and indicated we were there for my birthday. The hostess scowled at me, the waitress never cracked a smile. We ordered an appetizer: the spinach dip with flatbread which was similar to giant shards of flavorless saltine crackers on a plate that took up half the table. Then came Course 1 followed quickly by Course 2. We obviously had zero room on the table and the servers just stood there holding the plates and staring at us while we tried to rearrange everything. The kitchen should have staggered the dishes’ timing and the servers should have been more aware. The tortilla chips that came with my fish tacos were oily and unsalted. The tacos were ok. We were there for hours and were offered one water refill and the waiter gave us half a glass. I had to ask him to take away some of our plates as we kept staring at the congealing dip and uneaten soups. There was no acknowledgment of my birthday or even a friendly thank you for coming in. Both the food and service were extremely disappointing.

   Very busy place, it was very hard to hear your name called for seating. The hostesses could have done a better job of announcing names. Server was excellent even though she was very busy. Food was very good.

   Open Table just contacted me saying that we were not there. Do not understand how this happened . We were there and always enjoy your New Years menu and the price value. Please don’t change the options!!!! Food is excellent. Our 3rd New Years there - even though we had a reservation - always ask to sit in the bar area.
