   My guest and I came early for dinner. We were tempted by Hy's "Cheese Toast", but you'll have to guess whether we ordered it. (It's the best you'll ever have, and is not like mom's slice of chees on a hamburger bun). I love the Ribeye Steak. Nothing tastes as good. First, you must have the Caesar Salad. If anyone says "I can make a steak and I can make a baked potato", I say "well, maybe", (though I doubt it's as good or in as nice a room), but there's NO WAY anyone makes a Caesar Salad quite like the staff at Hy's. Tonight, it was 'Andy' making ours, and it was perfect! Whoever instructs the staff does a seriously good job, because every salad is as it should be. Magnificent! I've had Caesar's all over town and no one makes them like this or tastes even close to as good.

   New York Strip steak was prepared and cooked to perfection. Cheese toast was sublime and will definitely come back for it!

   The service was excellent. Steak was fantastic. Best steak. Mushrooms were awesome. I suggest not getting medium well as wife ordered and did not come out as asked. They did take care of it. I ordered medium rare and it was perfect. Awesome cut of beef.

   Hy's beef dip is awesome with Mashed Potatoes. The atmosphere reminded me of New York Midtown restaurant.

   Had a great meal at Hy’s Steakhouse. The steak was cooked well and tasty as always. Don't skip out on the cheese toast and caesar salad if it's your first time at Hy's! Our server, Dan, was excellent—attentive and friendly. Overall, a good experience, and I’d come back again. Thanks Dan!

    Unfortunately the quality of Hy's has gone quite a bit since the last time I was there. Hoping my kids would have the same amazing experience I did multiple times years ago, but it didn't. Service felt rushed and pressured (lost count how many times we should try their "famous cheese toast"), they screwed up my wife's steak twice (second time was even more undercooked and the outside burnt to charcoal), and the vegetables were undercooked and flavorless. This may sound petty, but when you're paying these prices, the quality of your food should be at the forefront. My mistake was having the same expectations years ago when they blew my socks off, but that Hy's apparently no longer exists.
