   This turned out to be the perfect choice for spending the holiday. It was our first visit. We arrived as it opened and were seated right away. Chose the blueberry sage gin cocktail at the recommendation of our server and it was delicious. Our meal began with fried cauliflower, then onto to share the burger, sardines in a tin, and the salad and every item was full of flavor did not disappoint. Our server was super friendly, attentive, and had great food recommendations. After our meal we walked around the art gallery on the second floor. Overall, great experience. Can't wait to come back.

   We stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the whole experience. The dinner was delicious! We had three different tapas and a dessert. All the cocktails were fantastic as well. The tapas were a good size and we felt satisfied!

   It was my daughter’s 23 birthday. They made it festive. Food was delicious! The specialty cocktails were the best part of the dinner.

   A delightful dining experience ! Ambiance and food were excellent. Ryan, our server, was very knowledgeable. Service was taken care of by a whole team, so we were well taken care of. We enjoyed the Fried Cauliflower, Roasted Hen of the Woods, and Albondigas. With a bottle of delicious white wine our bill was a little over $100. This is a real gem.

   I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s very different in terms of evening and sauces then most restaurant. A little heavy on the garlic for my taste but perfect in subtle seasonings that are tasty and making you wanna have more. I highly recommend Hen of the woods, cauliflower, and octopus

   Nice Spanish-themed food in refurbished landmark building. Bad service though from waiter who couldn’t be bothered to bring extra lemons for our paella or a plate for clam shells that we requested. We ended up grabbing an extra plate ourselves and never got the lemons.

    It a very unique restaurant. The food is Spanish tapas. The drinks are fabulous. It is also a hotel & museum. There is a stunning billiards room. It used to be the St. Louis YMCA. Excited for my next visit.
