   This was my first visit and it was a great experience. Everyone on staff was incredibly professional. The seafood tower was an impressive main. Everything was fresh and very well prepared. The star of the show thought was the server, Sylas. I’ve visit establishments at every level and Sylas would be well at home at a Michelin starred restaurant.

   It was very poor value for $125 a person. If you could have ordered from the regular menu it would have been great. Not a fan of bone in rib-eye!! To greasy on the plate! Our server Lance was good. Will go back when I can order the filet I like. A steak with no baked potato is a BIG NO FOR US

   I have always love eating here. However for New Years Eve they didn’t give us a choice to order what we wanting nor did the host tell us that they were only having one menu. If we had known we would have left. I don’t care if it’s a holiday, people should eat what they want. I was very dissatisfied!!

   We went for New Years Eve for our anniversary. Took forever to get our food and seen others get theres right away even when they came in after us. The server wasn't around much. He was nice but didn't check in on us that much. The atmosphere was nice and food was decent. Didn't like the steak being placed on top of the greens which made my steak taste like greens which I don't like greens. So half my steak wasn't good at all. Drinks wasn't worth the price. I had a Jamison and sprite and all it taste like was sprite. Thus is our second time going there and this experience for the price was not worth it. Regular menu items I would definitely do again, but as far as a new years dinner I'm good.

   The steak was cooked to perfection. Need to carry Ken's House Blue Ch÷ese or Ceaser dressing the house made was not great.

   Great Steak House to be had so near to Memphis. The prime cuts of meat they use are top notch. You will enjoy the experience!

   1 hour wait for food and that was after a 20 minute wait before anyone ever came to our table . Steaks were $50 each and none of the 3 we ordered were hot or cooked correctly and the side dishes were awful. Mgt apologized and comped 2 steaks but they have real issues here and we will never come back. Ever.

   Hostess was slow to show us to our table. Lobster bisque arrived at table for one with second coming after first was almost done. First was shrimp cocktail. Prawns were chewy. Main entree was a mess. Initially I wanted surf and turf but didn’t want Brussels sprouts and was told no substitutions so ordered just the steak. Order came to table with wrong sides. Wait staff quickly corrected this and managerial staff quickly came to hear my thoughts but did nothing to correct it or make me better enjoy my meal. The meal was mediocre at best. Lobster bisque was more chowder than bisque and not particularly pleasing. Steak was so crusted, it was hard to taste the beef. A disappointing Christmas dinner.

    We didn’t know about a Christmas Eve limited menu. Wanted a ribeye and shrimp cocktail. That’s why we drove all the way over. There were 11 people in the dining room and it took an hour to get our food. Only two dinner options. My husband’s lobster tail was raw. We don’t send it back as wee might not see it again. The tenderloin and filet were good and the sides good.
