   I’m a Rose Mary lover, having been 5/6 times over the last 4 years so I had high hopes but I’m Carciofo left me wanting more. The restaurant is quite a lot bigger and there is no real ambiance. The food was good but IMO not worth the $200 price tag for 4 plates and 4 drinks, all in under an hour. I would likely return for a seat at the bar for a glass of wine and pasta solo.

   Beautiful restaurant. Service was beyond impeccable. We ordered the artichoke and beef ragu arrinchini to start. Both were great but needed salt. Carbonara was out of this world but very Al dente but I like that. The pork dish was delish but did not make sense. Both the belly and the chop were both cooked perfectly but did not belong on the plate together. It just did not come together as a whole dish. Romesco was amazing. Desert was perfect. 8/10- I will be dreaming of that crispy pork in that carbonara

   Nice spot for a semi fancy dinner. Service was highly attentive and they were able to accommodate a fish allergy in the party. We were going to just order another entree that didn't have fish but they offered to remove it. They even comped us when the dish was accidentally made with fish elements. My only comment would be that the carbonara was a touch too salty (which I noticed because the gnocchi was not). The restaurant was very busy when we first arrived. It is bustling but not so noisy you can't hear anything. Good energy and vibes. Decor is unremarkable. Would probably go back and go for the protein entrees.

   The food was excellent, but a little too pricy for what you get. It took forever to get our food and drinks for some reason.

    Everything was amazing! Would highly recommend the Mortadella and Suppli Rugu. The pistachio gelato is the best I've ever had. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff was so attentive. Shout out to Alex!
