                  We sat in the atrium which was lovely. My wife’s food was over cooked, and she had lobster. I had the wild boar pasta, and there were more mushrooms than noodles. The chicken had zero flavor. It felt like we were eating at a fancy restaurant during restaurant week when the food is mass prepared. It was too expensive for mediocre food.

                  I have walked by this restaurant for years. Always on a mission somewhere in Manhattan. I always stay at the Warwick and now finally on Christmas Eve, we went for dinner. It did not disappoint. Many thanks to the maitre’d who accepted my request for a different table. Food, service, ambience, five star. It may have taken me a long time to get there, but it won’t be too long until I’ll be back.

                  They sat us in what looks like a basement with hardly any ambiance, arts, or charm. It was just a big white walled room packed with tables that you can hardly move without touching sitting on the table next to you. No charm to the setti g at all! Food was very bland. We had the special appetizer of veal balls wrapped in leave. It was tasteless with no spices or flavor or sauce or anything. It was simply steamed veal balls. My partner had the fregola pasta dish and again it had no flavor. I had thr venison and zucchini parmesan and there were good but not great. We didnt mind paying the high price for the meal for two people but at least we expected the food and ambience the restaurant promotes on their website to be excellent but was totally lacking. Service was excellent!
